Yoga Teacher Training, 200-Hour

February – September, 2018 in Atlanta, Georgia

Whether you wish to teach Yoga or deepen your personal practice, this 8-month program provides resources, knowledge, and support to recognize your individual purpose, find your passion, and move into your truth and power.

Vira Bhava means “heart of a warrior,” and Vira Bhava Yoga School offers integrative trainings across the country that are Yoga Alliance (YA) Certified and surpass the YA standards. In 2018, Maria Borghoff 500-RYT, will lead the 230-hour program at Pure Motion Yoga in Atlanta, GA. The curriculum is rooted in the Sri Vidya Tantra Yoga tradition, which empowers Yogis to expand and apply their understanding of Yoga anatomy, history, philosophy, and body energetics. In this training, we come together as a community seeking profound transformation in ourselves and our world.

Starting in February 2018, we will meet monthly for one full weekend (Friday 7-9pm, and Saturday-Sunday 9am-6pm). Upon completing the program in September 2018, graduates receive a 230-hour certificate of training and are eligible to register as a 200-hour Yoga Teacher through Yoga Alliance.

For more information, join us for a Free Master Class with Maria on October 19, 6:30-7:45pm & November 11, 12-1:30pm at Pure Motion Yoga, or contact Maria to schedule a private meeting.
