Sweet Potato Hummus

If you’re a hummus lover, check out this sweet alternative – without the beans!

1 large, roasted sweet potato
1 tsp of smoked paprika
1 clove of garlic
1 tsp salt
2 tablespoons of tahini
3 tablespoons of nutritional yeast
Ground pepper as desired
Fresh parsley for garnish
Cucumber slices for dipping

A splash or two of water may be needed while blending or mixing in a food processor. Enjoy!
